Instructions for enabling cookies

Google Chrome allows 3rd party cookies by default. If you changed the default settings, you will need to revert to enabling all cookies by following the below steps:

  1. In the top-right corner select the menu button (appears has 3 vertical dots)
  2. In the menu, select “Settings” → then select “Site settings” → then select “Cookies”
  3. Make sure “Cookies” are not blocked.
  4. You can unblock cookies by toggling on cookies

To enable third-party cookies on your iOS device:

  1. From your home screen, go to Settings > Safari.
  2. Make sure "Block All Cookies" is turned off.

Internet Explorer allows 3rd party cookies by default. If you changed the default settings, you will need to revert to enabling all cookies by following the below steps:

  1. In the top-right corner select Tools or the gear icon.
  2. Select “Internet Options”.
  3. Select the “Privacy” tab and then select the “Advanced” button on that tab.
  4. Set the “First-party Cookies” to "Accept."
  5. Set the “Third-party Cookies” to “Accept”
  6. Check the box for "Always allow session cookies".
  7. Select “OK”.
  8. Exit Internet Explorer and restart your browser

By default, Firefox privacy settings are set to Remember history, which allows 3rd party cookies. If you changed the default settings to either Never remember history or Use custom settings for history, you will need to revert to enabling all cookies by following the below steps:

  1. Read the Firefox instructions here.
  2. In the top-right corner select the menu (appears has 3 horizontal lines)
  3. In the menu, select “Content blocking”
  4. In the menu, select “Content blocking”
  5. Under Content Blocking, select "Standard".

  1. Click Safari > Preferences.
  2. Click on the Privacy tab.
  3. In the "Cookies and website data" section, select "Always allow."
  4. Close the Preferences window.
